Sanjay Leela Bhansali's sister turns director

MUMBAI: Sanjay Leela Bhansali's sister Bela Segal will soon turn director. Segal has been signed by T-Series to direct one of their next home production. According to sources, the film will star Salman Khan and Rani Mukherjee. It is expected to go on floors in June 2007.

"Bela Segal will directing one of our home productions. We have not signed any artistes yet as things are still in the finalisation stage. We may get into a joint venture with Sanjay Leela Bansali for this," says T-Series chairman and managing director Bhushan Kumar.

Segal has been involved with editing her brother's projects from Khamoshi-The Musical to the under production Saawariya.

Salman and Rani were last seen six years back in Bharat Shah's Chori Chori Chupke Chupke. The pair will yet again be seen in Ravi Chopra's Baabul, which is slated to release later this year and also in Bhansali's Saawariya, which also stars debutants Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor.
