Mithun Chakraborty unveils music of Zor Lagaa Ke Haiya

MUMBAI: The music of Zor Lagaa Ke Haiya! was recently launched by Mithun Chakraborty in Mumbai.

The movie, produced by Gemini Motion Pictures stars Mithun, Mahesh Majrekar, Riya Sen, Seema Biswas, Glushan Grover along with five kids. It is written and directed by Girish Girja Joshi and produced by Basant Talreja and Kartikeya Talreja. The music composed by duo Bapi -Tutul.

The launch was also attended by Mimoh Chakraborty.

Mithun said, "Zor Lagaa Ke Haiya! Is about how a group of children, with the help of a homeless man overcome all obstacles to save a tree from being razed by money-minded construction giant. Their quest mirrors the apathy of contemporary society to such types of environmental issues."

This film has won awards in the international arena including Silver Palm Award at Mexico International Film Festival of 2009, Silver Remi Award at Houstan Film Festival '09, officially selected for the Competition at Big island Film Festival in Hawaii '09 and it also got prominence at Las Vegas International Film Festval '09 by receiving the Official Finalist Award.
