Zee Cafe launches Planet Rock Profiles
MUMBAI: Zee Cafe has launched Planet Rock Profiles, one of the longest running TV series that gives a glimpse into the lives of the world’s most sought-after rock stars and pop icons.
The show will be aired from Monday to Friday from 16 March onwards at 8 pm.
The show gets close and personal with Coldplay, Def Leppard, Linkin Park, UB 40, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Dido, Ricky Martin, Beyonce, Shakira, Shaggy, Black Eyed Peas, Kylie Minogue and Alanis Morissette amongst others.
Zee Café business head Santosh Pillai said, “Over the past couple of years, Zee Café has brought the Indian audience some of the best American shows- be it the golden oldies like F.R.I.E.N.D.S, The Wonder Years, Different Strokes and Beverly Hills 90210 or the latest seasons of series such as Gossip Girl, Survivor, Teminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and The Big Bang Theory. Alongside the shows, music has always figured in our line- up, by way of ‘Full On’ and ‘The Gig’.
