  • Salman Khan’s Absence from Bigg Boss 17 Weekend Ka Vaar: A Sign of Threats or Strategic Move?

Salman Khan’s Absence from Bigg Boss 17 Weekend Ka Vaar: A Sign of Threats or Strategic Move?

The recent announcement that Salman Khan will not be hosting the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 17 has raised speculations among the show’s loyal viewers. While the official reason cited for his absence is a prior commitment, rumors abound that it could be linked to the recent threats he has received from notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.

    The Threat from Lawrence Bishnoi

In April 2023, a threat email was sent to Salman Khan’s personal assistant, claiming that the actor’s life was in danger. The email allegedly originated from the Bishnoi gang, a criminal syndicate known for its involvement in contract killings and extortion rackets.

Bishnoi’s gang has been linked to the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala in May 2023, and the threat to Salman Khan is believed to be retaliation for the actor’s support of Moose Wala.

    The Security Implications

The Mumbai Police have taken the threat seriously and have beefed up security around Salman Khan’s residence and other properties. The actor has also been granted Y-plus security, which is the highest level of security available to a non-political individual.

Despite these measures, there is a sense of unease among fans and industry insiders, who worry about the possibility of a targeted attack. The possibility of Salman Khan being absent from Bigg Boss 17 Weekend Ka Vaar has only exacerbated these concerns.

    Strategic Move or Genuine Concern?

Some have speculated that Salman Khan’s absence could be a strategic move, a way to distance himself from the controversy surrounding the threats and to avoid attracting further attention from the gangster. However, others believe that the actor’s safety is the top priority and that his decision to skip Weekend Ka Vaar is a prudent one.

Only time will tell whether Salman Khan’s absence from Bigg Boss 17 Weekend Ka Vaar is a temporary measure or a sign of a more significant change. However, the ongoing threats from Lawrence Bishnoi are a serious concern, and the safety of the actor must be paramount.

  • Streaming Revolution: How OTT Platforms Have Transformed Content Creation and Consumption

Streaming Revolution: How OTT Platforms Have Transformed Content Creation and Consumption

In the not-so-distant past, if you wanted to watch a movie or catch up on your favorite TV show, your options were limited to cable television or a trip to the local movie theater. Fast forward to today, and the landscape of content creation and consumption has undergone a seismic shift, thanks to the rise of Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms. In this feature article, we’ll explore how the nature of content and content consumption has evolved from the days of solely theatrical releases to the era of OTT platforms.

The Birth of a New Era
Before the advent of OTT platforms, the entertainment industry was dominated by theatrical releases and scheduled television programming. Movie studios invested heavily in producing blockbusters, while TV networks had strict schedules and limited slots for airing shows. Audiences had to adhere to these schedules, often missing out on content due to time constraints.

The arrival of Netflix in 2007 marked the beginning of a new era. Suddenly, viewers had access to a vast library of content at their fingertips, available 24/7. No longer constrained by rigid schedules, people could watch what they wanted, when they wanted. This freedom to choose was the catalyst for a paradigm shift.

    The Power of Original Content
One of the game-changing aspects of OTT platforms has been their investment in original content. Netflix’s “House of Cards” and “Orange is the New Black” were among the first wave of original series, demonstrating that high-quality content could be created outside traditional networks. This opened the floodgates for other platforms to invest in their own original content.

As a result, we’ve seen a renaissance in television and film. Shows like “Stranger Things,” “The Crown,” and “Game of Thrones” have become cultural phenomena. Original movies, like “Roma” and “The Irishman,” have received critical acclaim and awards, blurring the lines between theatrical releases and streaming content. This shift has driven a reevaluation of how content is made and consumed, with talent flocking to streaming platforms.

    The Changing Nature of Content
OTT platforms have also changed the nature of content itself. Series are no longer limited to traditional 22-episode formats. Creators now have the flexibility to craft shorter, more focused series or opt for binge-worthy seasons. This flexibility has fostered experimentation in storytelling, enabling creators to push the boundaries of their craft.

Moreover, the rise of user-generated content on platforms like YouTube and TikTok has democratized the creation process. Individuals can now become content creators in their own right, sharing their experiences, talents, and perspectives with a global audience.

    Data-Driven Personalization
OTT platforms have another ace up their sleeve: data-driven personalization. Unlike traditional TV, which broadcast the same content to all viewers, streaming services use algorithms to recommend content tailored to each user’s preferences. This personalization has not only changed how content is consumed but also influenced what content gets made.

Creators and studios can use viewership data to make informed decisions about what content to produce next. This data-driven approach has led to an explosion of niche content catering to a wide range of tastes and interests.

    The Future of Content
As we continue to embrace OTT platforms, it’s clear that the nature of content and content consumption will keep evolving. The line between film and television will blur even further, and emerging technologies like virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) will shape the future of storytelling.

In conclusion, the days of solely theatrical releases are firmly in the past. OTT platforms have reshaped how we consume content, offering more choices, original programming, and personalized viewing experiences. This revolution has ushered in a new golden age of content creation, promising an exciting future where the possibilities are limited only by our imagination and technology.

  • India creates history by winning 2 Oscars

The Oscars95 announces two greatest Indian cinemas this year.

Honour for ‘Naatu Naatu’ and ‘The Elephant Whisperers’

‘Naatu Naatu’, the irrepressible fun number from the film ‘RRR’, and documentary short ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ made Oscar history for India on Monday with one Academy Award each, the two wins showcasing cinema beyond Bollywood and the growing might of the Indian non-feature segment.

This is the first time two India-made productions have bagged the cinema world’s biggest prize.

Dancers took over the stage at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre, recreating the hugely popular hook steps from the four-minute Telugu track, and actor Deepika Padukone introduced the song to loud cheers.

It was not just a night for India. The 95th Academy Awards will also be remembered for recognizing Asian talent with ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ bagging seven awards including Best Film, Best Director for Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan,  Best Actress for Malaysia’s Michelle Yeoh and Best Supporting Actor for Vietnamese American Ke Huy Quan.

‘All That Breathes’, Shaunak Sen’s climate change documentary set in Delhi, lost out to Canada’s ‘Navalny’ in the Documentary Feature category.

The win for ‘Naatu Naatu’, ‘Naacho Naacho’ in Hindi, composed by M.M. Keeravaani and penned by Chandrabose in S.S. Rajamouli’s blockbuster film, is the fourth non-English song to win an Oscar in the category and the first song in a foreign language since ‘Jai Ho’ in 2009 to bag the prize.

‘Naatu Naatu’ is as much a jubilant chorus as was ‘Jai Ho’, the foot-tapping number by A.R. Rahman and Gulzar from the British film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’.

As news of the Oscar win came in, ‘Naatu Naatu’ was the buzz term for the day. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and a host of showbiz celebrities including Rajinikanth and Shah Rukh Khan hailed the twin Oscar wins.

Congratulating the team for the prestigious honor, the Prime Minister said on Twitter, “Exceptional! The popularity of ‘Naatu Naatu’ is global. It will be a song that will be remembered for years to come… India is elated and proud. #Oscars.”

“Congratulations to @EarthSpectrum, @guneetm, and the entire team of ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ for this honour. Their work wonderfully highlights the importance of sustainable development and living in harmony with nature. #Oscars,” he added.

‘The Elephant Whisperers’ by Kartiki Gonsalves and Guneet Monga, which explores the bond between humans and an abandoned elephant calf in a Tamil Nadu sanctuary, is India’s first win in the Documentary Short category.

‘Smile Pinki’ and ‘Period. End of Sentence’, both set in India, had also won in the same category but they were foreign productions.

Gonsalves dedicated her win to ‘motherland India’. Her producer Monga did not speak but struck an exultant pose, lifting the coveted golden statuette high in the air.

“… To all the women watching…. The future is audacious and the future is here. Let’s go! Jai Hind,” Monga wrote in an Instagram post moments later.

The trophy for Original Song was presented to Keeravaani and Chandrabose by ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ co-stars Janelle Monae and Kate Hudson.

‘Naatu Naatu’ was competing against ‘Applause’ (sung by Sofia Carson) from ‘Tell It Like a Woman’, ‘Hold My Hand’ (Lady Gaga) from ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, ‘Lift Me Up’ (Rihanna) from ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ and ‘This Is a Life’ (Son Lux, Mitski, David Byrne) from ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’.

An overwhelmed Keeravaani broke into song to describe his feeling.

“I grew up listening to The Carpenters and now here I am with the Oscars. There was only one wish on my mind, so was Rajamouli’s and our families’ – ‘RRR’ has to win… Pride of every Indian… must put me on the top of the world,” Keeravani said in tune to The Carpenters’ much loved 1970s song ‘Top of the World’.

Chandrabose simply signed off with a “Namaste”.

As is the custom, all five nominees get their Oscar moment by performing the song on stage.

‘Naatu Naatu’, which translates into bucolic in Telugu, has had everyone swaying to its catchy rhythm this entire award season. When its turn came, Padukone found herself pausing at least thrice to let the cheers subside.

“Do you know ‘Naatu Naatu’? Because, if not, you are about to,” she said. And the dancers from different ethnicities took over, kicking their legs, tap dancing, and moving in perfect sync against the backdrop of Ukraine’s presidential palace where the song was shot in the film.

On stage were singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava. Once over, the audience, including the who’s who of Hollywood and world cinema, gave them a standing ovation.

It took more than 100 variations and many months of rehearsals before the moves were finalized, choreographer Prem Rakshith said.

This is the third major international recognition for the Telugu song after Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award win.

‘RRR’ (Rise Roar Revolt), a pre-independence fictional story, follows two real-life Indian revolutionaries – Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR) – in the 1920s. It was released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam.

‘Naatu Naatu’ celebrates the inclusive spirit of dance and bonhomie and features Charan and Jr NTR matching steps to its catchy rhythm.

The film’s team described the win as a “surreal moment”. “We’re blessed that #RRRMovie is the first feature film to bring INDIA’s first ever #Oscar in the Best Song Category with #NaatuNaatu! No words can describe this surreal moment. Dedicating this to all our amazing fans across the world. THANK YOU!! JAI HIND!” read the post on the official Twitter page of ‘RRR’.

“Whatever wins up there, an Indian thing is going to raise the profile of India. I love that song,” Rahman said ahead of Oscar 2023. He also congratulated the makers of ‘The Elephant Whisperers’.

India has never won an Oscar in the International Film category or the Best Foreign Film as it was known earlier. Bhanu Athaiya was the first Indian to win the Oscars after she was conferred the Academy Award for Best Costume Design in Richard Attenborough’s ‘Gandhi’, which bagged eight trophies in 1983.

Directing legend Satyajit Ray was conferred an honorary Oscar in 1992, just a month before his death.

India to apply money laundering provisions to be applied to cryptocurrency sector: Finance Ministry

The government of India has taken yet another step toward regulating digital assets by imposing money laundering rules on the crypto industry. In a notification on Tuesday, the Indian Finance Ministry said crypto trading, safekeeping, and similar financial services are now subject to anti-money laundering regulations.

Bloomberg quoted Jaideep Reddy, counsel at law firm Trilegal , saying:

The move by India aligns with a global trend of requiring digital-asset platforms to follow anti-money laundering standards similar to those followed by other regulated entities like banks or stock brokers.

The new anti-money laundering regulation is coming after multiple reports of crypto-related scandals in the country. For instance, in November last year, the hackers who took down the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) internet server demanded over $24 million worth of cryptocurrencies in ransom.

In the same month, the Indian directorate of enforcement (ED) seized over $2.5 million worth of Bitcoin connected to the fraudulent gaming called E-nuggets. The Indian authority had ransacked the Binance user’s wallet connected to the mobile gaming application, freezing 150.22 Bitcoin.

And In September, the regulator froze the account balances of various Chinese-controlled entities in connection with a probe into the app-based token HPZ. The withheld amount was Rs. 9.82 crores, equivalent to $1,218,529.39.

Previously, the Indian government imposed a capital gains tax of 30% on crypto transactions and a 1% tax deducted at source (TDS) on Indians buying or selling crypto. According to a recent report, Indians lost interest in trading on local crypto exchanges following the tax regime.

  • Unprecedented contribution of women in Web3

The continuous growth of Web3 is allowing women to showcase their skills and talents, marking an unprecedented contribution to the world of online innovation. Women are increasingly being recognized for their significant contributions to the development of technology, from designing smart contracts to creating decentralized applications. This shift towards recognizing female talent in the tech world is likely to have a significant impact on the future of Web3. As more and more women enter the tech industry, they are bringing new ideas, perspectives, and creative solutions to the table, driving innovation and growth in Web3. This is a trend that is only set to continue, as more and more women discover the exciting opportunities presented by Web3.

Web3 also referred to as “decentralized web” or “Web 3.0,” represents the next generation of the internet. It is designed to create a more secure, transparent, and decentralized online environment by leveraging blockchain technology. With the potential to be as disruptive as Web 2.0, Web3 is built on the principles of openness, increased consumer usefulness, and decentralization. The idea of Web3 was initially suggested by Gavin Wood, the creator of Ethereum, shortly after launching the network in 2014, and has since grown into a movement focused on realizing a new and better internet.

At the core of Web3 are principles such as decentralization, permissionless access, and the use of blockchain, NFTs, and cryptocurrencies to empower users by giving them ownership. Web3 operates using economic mechanisms and incentives rather than relying on third-party accountability. In contrast to Web2, which focused on improving interactivity, Web3 uses AI technology, blockchain, and machine learning to create more intelligent applications that can process data in a more human-like way.

The rise of Web3 has seen an increasing interest from women, with more than 40% of Web3 professionals showing a strong passion for NFTs, Metaverse, and other Blockchain-based activities. Despite a gender imbalance in the tech industry, women are taking a leading role in the Web3 community. Women have contributed unique perspectives to the development of various digital products, and their involvement has led to a surge in Web3-related businesses and projects. The sector recognizes the potential of women and provides them with leading roles in project and product development, offering invaluable insights that drive traction.

However, women face various challenges in the sector, including the Bro culture and a lack of proper educational resources. These challenges, however, are slowly being phased out of the start-up world. Women play a vital role in the Web3 industry, contributing to creative and unique approaches that increase its application and use cases for the global digital population.

Web3 provides fantastic opportunities for women to work as integral members of the decentralized Web. It is a game-changing space that removes gender biases and patterns that have plagued the tech industry. Women are valued for their contribution and ability to build trust in Web3 workplaces and communities. Opportunities for women in Web3 include the potential to develop more equitable and decentralized systems that offer access to more women.

Women are making significant contributions to the Web3 industry, working as developers, entrepreneurs, investors, community builders, and influencers. Women-specific benefits such as childcare, access to family planning and fertility services, and extended maternity leaves have helped attract more women to join the Web3 sector.

On 7 February, Reuters reported that the Thai Finance Ministry would waive corporate income tax and value-added tax for firms that conduct initial coin offerings (ICOs) for investment.

According to government spokespersons, companies will have access to alternative methods of raising capital through token issuance apart from the traditional methods.

According to the report, the military-backed Thai government is estimated to launch an investment token offering worth around $3.7 billion over the next two years.

The new tax policy promises to offer tax exemptions of up to 10 years for investors who invest for at least two years in crypto startups in the country.

However, it was noted that offering these incentives would result in a tax loss of approximately $1 billion. Last year, the government scrapped plans to levy a 7% VAT on crypto trading for exchanges and retail investors.

The finance minister Arkhom Termpittayapaisith said that the revised tax policies had been developed to promote the nascent digital asset market in South East Asia’s second-largest economy. Thailand has grown to become one of the leading crypto destinations in Asia, owing to the government’s crypto-centered regulations and ability to work on the feedback from the stakeholders of the ecosystem.

The new tax policies could also become a benchmark for other nations currently looking to impose some form of crypto taxation. Indian crypto traders have been demanding something similar after the Indian government announced a 30% tax on crypto holdings without accounting for the losses incurred by traders.

  • Sam Bankman-Fried’s arrest is the culmination of an epic flameout

Sam Bankman-Fried’s arrest is the culmination of an epic flameout

After quickly amassing political and philanthropic influence, the former billionaire has been arrested for fraud.

As recently as the summer of 2022, Sam Bankman-fired was the boy wonder face of crypto:a 30-year-old who founded one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, a celebrated philanthropist worth an estimated $16 billion, and a major Democratic donor who quickly found favor in Washington. By early November, he was at the center of an epic flameout that left his empire and his image as an uncannily sharp, altruistic billionaire in ruins.

In December, Bankman-Fried was arrested in the Bahamas and charged with wire fraud, securities fraud, and money laundering, among other things; he has since been extradited to the US and released from jail on a $250 million bond — according to Reuters, the largest-ever pretrial bond. A trial date has not been set, but it is expected to take place in the Southern District of New York. Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang, two former top executives at Bankman-Fried’s companies, have pleaded guilty to several fraud charges and are cooperating with federal prosecutors in the investigation. The Securities and Exchange Commission has also separately charged Bankman-Fried, Ellison, and Wang with defrauding FTX investors.

In the annals of crypto disasters, the tale of Bankman-Fried may go down as one of the most jaw-dropping. He resigned from his crypto exchange, FTX, as it collapsed from a domino effect of a surge in customers trying to withdraw their funds, and the company filed for bankruptcy. The Wall Street Journal reported that Bankman-Fried may have illegally taken about $10 billion in FTX customers’ funds for his trading firm, Alameda Research, whose future is also in peril. And Bankman-Fried is now worth close to nothing.

The downfall of FTX isn’t a typical story of crypto’s volatility or investor risk-taking; it crumbled not due to bad luck, but due to what now appears to be unsustainable layers of deception. On the surface, FTX appeared to be thriving — in the past year, it made several high-profile acquisitions and bailed out other failing crypto companies. In reality, it was drowning in debt. At least $1 billion in customer funds is reportedly missing. The stunning contrast between image and reality has resulted in Bankman-Fried facing a reputational fall from grace swifter than any in recent memory. The Justice Department and SEC began investigating FTX immediately after its collapse, and his friends and admirers in crypto, philanthropic, and political circles have quickly begun distancing themselves from the man widely dubbed the king of crypto.

A senior Democratic strategist who spoke on condition of anonymity to protect their clients told Vox that politicians who’ve received donations from Bankman-Fried, who spent around $40 million during the midterm election cycle, are considering returning that money. A few, including Sens. Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), have said they plan to donate Bankman-Fried’s contributions to charity.

On November 10, Bankman-Fried publicly apologized. “I fucked up, and should have done better,” he wrote on Twitter. “I also should have been communicating more very recently.” He pointed to “a poor internal labeling of bank-related accounts” as one reason why FTX didn’t have the liquidity to return money to clients.

In the last year, Bankman-Fried had soared to buzzy prominence as a paragon of how the ultra-rich, who have seemingly endless wealth, might use it for good. He’s been the subject of countless profiles; he was on the cover of Fortune’s September issue. The media portrayed him as an unassuming, nerdy savant, frequently noting his down-to-earthiness, his messy mop of hair, his penchant for wearing T-shirts and shorts, and his Toyota Corolla. Investors were enamored of the fact that he wasn’t a buttoned-up entrepreneur; he played computer games during pitch meetings, and like other modern-day founders, his eccentricities were taken as proof of his distinct genius.

Bankman-Fried, meanwhile, came off as a billionaire refreshingly unimpressed by the glitz and pomp of a typical billionaire’s lifestyle. The FTX Foundation, Bankman-Fried’s philanthropic arm, says it has donated over $190 million to date. (Disclosure: This August, Bankman-Fried’s philanthropic family foundation, Building a Stronger Future, awarded Vox’s Future Perfect a grant for a 2023 reporting project. That project is now on pause.)

“It’s hard to spend more than millions a year in an effective way on yourself, even if you wanted to,” he told Yahoo Finance earlier this year. “And I think that’s why we see superyachts — because a lot of people literally can’t figure out anything else to do with their money.”

But Bankman-Fried seemingly had figured it out. That he had articulated a data- and evidence-based plan for how to give away his wealth is, in part, what makes his downfall so stunning. Who is Bankman-Fried if not a political megadonor? Who is he if not a philanthropist and not a billionaire? Who was he all along?

Notable investors such as Reid Hoffman, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Cozomo de Medici participated in the seed funding round.

Digital art platform Wildxyz has raised $7 million in seed funding to expand its residency program and community surrounding non-fungible token (NFT) art, the company said Thursday.

The round was led by venture capital firm Matrix Partners, with participation from notable investors including LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman; actress and Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow; the co-founder of Twitch, Kevin Lin; and NFT investor Cozomo de Medici.

Wild plans to put the funding towards its hyper-curatorial residency program, which onboards artists in “seasons” to create art for its native marketplace. Douglass Kobs, CEO and founder of Wild, told CoinDesk that its goal is to help artists build bodies of Web3 work to collectively contribute to the “Wildverse,” the platform’s native metaverse.

“We deem the future to be much more immersive, much more experiential, driven by AR and VR innovation,” said Kobs, referring to augmented reality and virtual reality. “What we’re building at Wild is a collection of some of the most creative humans on planet earth who are building this new surface area of experiential art that we can all play with, interact with, engage with, and build community within.”

Wild kicked off Season 0 in November 2022, a 12-week program culminating in an NFT drop in January 2023 from participating artists including Hideo, Mitchel F. Chan, Aluna, Sasha Belitskaja, Auguste Wibo, and others.

“The Wild Residency is an incredible opportunity for artists to share creativity, ideas, and energy,” said Chan. “The program has created meaningful connections in my art practice that will continue to shape my career.”

While Wild holds weekly sales of its residency artists’ work, it also offers Wild Oasis, a founder’s pass that allows community members to bid daily on NFTs, starting at a price of 0.1 ETH or about $160.

“What we try to do is build this ecosystem in this community for all the artists to do their best work, and to learn from one another,” said Kobs. “The program is an effort to guide them to be successful in Web3.”

Since the start of 2023, several platforms have emerged that empower artists to explore digital creativity while executing the mint and sales of their work. In January, the former head of digital at Gagosian launched Tonic.xyz, a generative art platform, and gallery. This week, Solana-based digital art platform Exchange.art spun off to create Code Canvas, a generative art marketplace and artist community.

Under Indian’s G20 Presidency, this narrative is now a part of mainstream discussion. She also expresses her gratitude to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for publishing a through research on the macroeconomic effects of cryptoassets.

  • Kim Kardashian and Floyd Mayweather fight back against allegations of promoting EthereumMax .

Kim Kardashian and Floyd Mayweather fight back against allegations of promoting EthereumMax .

In October 2022, the SEC fined Kim Kardashian $1.26 million for promoting the cryptocurrency project EthereumMax (EMAX) to her 225 million Instagram followers. Kardashian did not disclose that she was paid $250,000 to promote the project. One British financial regulator at the time believed it to be one of the largest financial promotions in history. But it was also for security asset, making it illegal. Other celebrities supporting the motion filed are Floyd Mayweather, Jr., Giovanni Perone, Paul Pierce, and Jona Rechnitz.

Investors who acquired $EMAX tokens claimed they lost money after believing celebrity influencers about the worth of the cryptocurrency inflate the value of the $EMAX tokens.

However, there has been a revised attempt to hold Kim Kardashian and other celebrities for the promotion of the cryptocurrency project. Kardashian , Floyd Mayweather, and other personalities are trying to convince a judge to rule out the revision of the lawsuit. The defendants contend that the additional claims pursue the same core notion that the court previously rejected.

As per the lawsuit, the EthereumMax team collaborated with celebrities to sell EMAX tokens to investors. However, investors are referring to the project as a “pump-and-dump” scheme.

Additionally, the plaintiffs claimed in the initial court petition, which Scott + Scott Attorneys At Law filed on January 7, that Mayweather ,Kardashian, and former NBA star Paul Pierce had failed to disclose that they had been paid to promote EthereumMax.

As on December 8, Michael Fitzgerald concluded , that investors had missed to prove that CEO and promoters acted in their self-interest rather than planning to mislead other investors. And the magistrate’s statement claimed that a class-action lawsuit was dismissed because ‘it is unclear whether the investors who sued noticed the promotion’  and they had not specified when theyhad seen the promotions.

To conclude the whole allegation , moreover Kim Kardashian agreed to pay a $1.26 million settlement on October 3 over the allegation with U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), That she failed to disclose her $250,000 paid promotion by the EthereumMax.
